Do I take it in the AM or before I workout? I wish I could see a timed out schedule of when to take all of the products. I&#039;m a little overwhelmed.]]></description>

I have been doing fasted cardio (cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach) then I will drink a Muscle Gain protein shake and do weight training right after. You mention that you take the Catalyst before your morning workout, and I also noticed you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach, so does that mean that you don&#039;t eat before your morning workout?
